A good purchase should feel considered. If something is not right with your order, contact the house so we can help.

Returns within 30 days

Request a return within 30 days of delivery through our Customer Care form or by calling 949-297-6446. Include your order number and the items you would like to return. Please wait for return authorization and the correct return address before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unopened, with original seals intact and in their original packaging. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale at purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned for change of mind for hygiene reasons. This does not limit remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods or rights provided by applicable law.

Return shipping and fees

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use tracked shipping and retain your receipt. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, or your order arrived damaged, contact us first; we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Please do not discard or return affected items until we provide instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned items. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Refunds cover the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable tax; discounts are reflected in the refund amount.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. Request an eligible return and place a separate order for the item you want. To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins; eligible returns remain available after delivery.
