Delivery in the United States
Available services for your delivery address appear at checkout. We currently offer domestic United States shipping; international shipping is not available.
- Standard delivery: $8 for orders under $70.
- Free standard delivery: orders of $70 or more.
- Express delivery: $15 where offered at checkout.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. Express delivery is a paid upgrade and is not included in free standard shipping. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Any delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate. Express selects a faster delivery service; it does not guarantee same-day dispatch, overnight delivery or a particular arrival date. Processing, fulfillment, weekends, holidays and your destination can affect timing. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a specific date.
Tracking and delivery issues
When an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Check your shipping address before placing an order and contact us immediately if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us through our Customer Care form or call 949-297-6446. Include your order number and any helpful tracking or packaging information so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Returns and refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send returns to our mailing address without authorization; we will provide the correct return destination.
